Golden Gate Bridge to Ft Point and SF Ferry

This tour can be out and back, or you can go one way and take the Golden Gate Ferry from San Francisco back to Sausalito. Either way, the route takes you over the Golden Gate Bridge and through San Francisco's historic Fort Point, Chrissy Field, arriving at the San Francisco Ferry Building. At the Ferry building you have the option to take the Ferry back to Sausalito. The return runs back through the Presidio, taking in the Palace of Fine Arts, Lucasfilm’s Campus and the Disney Museum.

Distance: 21 miles (round trip on bikes) • Difficulty: Beginner/Intermediate with the climb up and over the bridge in both directions as the main physical challenge. Should be able to safely navigate a bike in urban settings and around cars and pedestrians.
