Hotel Program

With this program, bikes remain on property. Hotel guests use the bikes for free for a limited amount of time (Hotel determines with VBR). If guests want them beyond the time limit, or they need additional bikes, they are encouraged to rent from VBR (we will offer a guest discount). In most cases we can deliver the bikes with 24hr advance notification.

We can also discuss ways to monetize this program.

Cost

• $150/mo per bike to remain on premises

• 2 bike minimum / 1 year minimum

• Billed quarterly in advance

Includes: Bikes • Maintenance • VBR Waiver and Insurance • Helmets, Locks and Chargers • Consulting on Self Guided Tours

Hotel must sign agreement with VBR and is responsible to see that waivers are signed by all users and to track usage; keeping the bikes locked, tires properly inflated and batteries charged.

Hotel to inform us immediately if a bike has been crashed or needs maintenance.
