Hotel Program

With VBR’s Hotel Program, bikes remain on property with our support. Hotel chooses whether guests use them free or to charge for use. If guests want additional bikes, they are encouraged to rent from VBR (we will offer a guest discount).

Cost

• $130/mo per bike to remain on premises

• 2 bike minimum / 1 year minimum

• Billed quarterly in advance

Includes: Bikes • Maintenance • VBR Waiver and Insurance • Helmets, Locks and Chargers • Consulting on Self Guided Tours • Tire pump • Replacement bike or repair within 24hrs

Does not include: Parts and labor due to damage caused by user error or abuse • Theft

Hotel Responsibilities: Sign agreement with VBR agreeing to our terms and conditions • See that waivers are signed by all users and to track usage • Store the equipment safely and keep the bikes locked if they are on public display. • Check that tires are properly inflated and batteries charged • Inform us immediately if a bike has been crashed or needs maintenance.
